According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project!)

All is fine with the first code https://prnt.sc/uved4o , but your second code is used on these sites – https://prnt.sc/uvedqy Please deactivate your code https://prnt.sc/uvef7t on the mentioned sites to be able to activate it on the new one. In case you are working on different projects you need to purchase more licenses.

I can see 6.3.7 version of the theme on your site. If you are using the latest WordPress version, you need to use the latest version of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Clear cache after the update, and you will be able to register the theme.
