If you want to have something like this – https://prnt.sc/vj0ig8 , the Single product builder is not required. Create static blocks https://prnt.sc/vj0ilk then https://prnt.sc/vj0jqd – https://prnt.sc/vj0jtr
2) Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

1) It looks like a cache problem. Do you use a cache plugin? Temporary disable it, or clear all cache including cache of browser.

Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear for me.
Try to enable “Fancy Select Dropdown” in Theme Options > Header builder > Search.
Color of the search icon can be changed via Theme Options > Header builder > Search > Style > WCAG Color.

Product categories widget is not the filter widget. This is the default WooComerce widget that displays a list of categories but does not filter by the categories.
