Hello,

After updating the theme to 7.1.2 and Core plugin to 3.1.2, go to Theme Options and Publish them. Clear cache and check the site then.

Clear cache and check Theme Options then.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then. Enable plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem.

Please check the credentials. We can’t log in to the Dashboard, or connect to FTP.

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

Try to contact the plugin author also.

The Smart menu option doesn’t persist in the new Header builder (this option is deprecated, doesn’t work, removed).
You can submit a request for adding a similar option for the Header builder here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , there is no ready solution.
You can enable header full width for the Bottom header area via Theme Options > Header builder or try to change the menu and header like this – https://xstore.8theme.com/ https://prnt.sc/vih4us

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click at the Check again button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
You should get the notification about updates after that. Or you can do the update via FTP, as described in our documentation.
