You are using different sized images for simple header and sticky one so select one of thext ways :
1/ use one logo image for both headers and it is ok
or
2/ make sticky logo image with proportional of default one (in not-sticky header)
or
3/ use any other sticky header types not sticky one (smart, custom)

SKU should be a unique number, I am not sure how it relates to stock status.
By default, there is no possibility to apply SKU to the “Out Of Stock” state. Try to contact woocommerce support, maybe they will be able to give some tips.

Go to XStore > deactivate theme and then activate it again using your purchase code.
After that follow the instructions and press the Check updates button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Update both: theme and XStore Core plugin. Or you can do the update via FTP, as described in the documentation.
