1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
2) Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme (default WooComerce theme) > check how it works. Do you have the mentioned problem?

Do not forget about Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
Sync translation of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find and translate untranslated strings.
