Customization published but nothing changed

i have changed the color of the header, and also the footer style. it actully changed while live customization. but when i tried to refresh the website nothing changed. i imported the babyland shop theme

import shop is totally messed up too, the slider is cropped and etc. please help me

Hello,

Issue with the styles is caused by using CSS Generator feature in the wrong manner (XStore > Files generator). You did not choose all the necessary elements that used on your site that’s why you got broken styles for them. The File generator option is created to speed up the site performance and avoid calling the styles of elements that you don’t use on your site. Use this tool if you are an advanced user ( it may cause style issues on the frontend ). Clear cache and check the header and footer then. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Content of the Footer can be edited via Static blocks.

ahh i see, thank you very much. but there’s a lot of inactive plugin that installed, is it okay if i delete them ?

where can i find customization for the background of the body ? i cant find it anywhere

Here is a list of required plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , check the description of activated plugins on your site, disable and delete unrequited.

Theme Options > Styling > Site Background > Background image
