Hello,

we don’t have this file in our theme but if you make changes via parent theme it is highly recommended for you to make such changes via child-theme. It will be ok after the update because on update all files of the parent theme are removed and upload all new versions which were released

It was a screenshot from your screenshot.

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

Your WordPress has the plugin gd-system-plugin installed and is working. But, this plugin is not visible in your admin panel. Please, contact your host provider and ask for help.

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Product Added Notification > Off, check how it works. Also, you can disable “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple Products” – Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.

Why WPBakery plugin is enabled on your site? As I can see, the Elementor is your main page builder, so the WPBakery can be disabled.
Maybe the content of this page was edited using 2 different editor and it caused the problem. When we add a slider element on another page, it works fine.
Try to create a new page using the Elementor only and add the slider there. If it works fine on the new page, you need to add other content on this new page and set this page as home https://prnt.sc/w2ikt9

If you need to get pages from different demos use one of these ways:
– XStore studio allows import sections from different demons, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.
– If you are using WPBakery Page Builder, do not enable the Elementor, but watch this video – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, with correct names, as mentioned here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

After every update, you need to synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ Sometimes new strings are added, and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality. The current menu structure doesn’t allow to add scroll for this menu or change the displaying.
Maybe it would be better to change your menu and take less amount of items for parent items.
