Hello,

Do you get emails if the default WP theme is enabled? Did you test it with the Storefront theme for example?

yes mail is send when default theme is activate

Hello,

Have you checked the Spam folder?
I would suggest you contact your host to check the mail error logs.
Also, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, please.
