According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
As we can see, you used 1 license to activate the theme on a few different domains. Are these sites = 1 end project?

Functionality/settings for reviews comes from WooCommerce plugin. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Reviews.
“Before a comment appears” you can manage via Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
