If your site is live, it would be better to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), and do tests there first.

3) What exactly do you want to change there?
4) Read about WPML here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ This plugin doesn’t come bundled with the theme and should be purchased separately.
RTL styles are applied once you enable RTL language in Dashboard > Settings > General, no matter what demo you imported.
