Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets > edit content of Shop sidebar. Content of this area is shown on Shop and Categories pages, and it can’t be changed.

Dashboard > products > Categories > upload images for categories, then edit a page using Elementor > add Product Categories elemet > Display type – Slider

Appearance > Widgets > add widgets to Shop filters area.

Navigate to Products>Categories> edit category. Enter slider/static block shortcode in the Description field.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
