    Hai, want to ask, why my xstore theme that I am using now when login to the website, the homepage ‘not found’ ?

    Please provide screenshots or video. Also, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    i already provide the screenshot and video to the email. But when i reply with prove, this message i receive. huhu.

    Did you notice “noreply” in email? It means that you should not reply to this email.
    Please, use https://dropmefiles.com/ to share screenshots and video.

    Provide WP Dashboard access in the topic Private content area.

    Hello,

    It does not require email. Just copy the link once you uploaded files and provide the link and WP Dashboard access in the topic Private content area.

    Hello,

    1) Do you have the mentioned issue with the Storefront theme? Please, check if you have this error when the Storefront theme is activated.
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
    Let us know the results.
