    Hello,

    Yes, categories can’t be imported. Create your own categories of products, for example,
    https://gyazo.com/acda7efcb95837f42ed97b4064c8a349 Then edit the Home page > settings of element and set your categories – https://gyazo.com/a3bfe7b64c24a4c7a108f242da3f4503

    Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, we will check and help you. The demos uses custom CSS code for the size and border – https://gyazo.com/9fd7a1652ce65dcdd449447da90f070c

    .custom-categories .elementor-element .category-grid > a img {
        max-width: 74px;
    }
    .custom-categories .category-list-item > ul > li > a {
        border: 1px solid #E1E1E1;
        border-radius: 2px;
        padding: 5px 19px;
