As I can see, Media import was not installed. It doesn’t work for manual import also.
This problem comes from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time – https://gyazo.com/b6d2e7d4f7e765ea8db08c245d6c63a6 , then go to import and select to import Media only – https://gyazo.com/fc5e45e83c009dd334efe31d3b934d83 If this doesn’t help. Ask your hosting provider to check the server error log, and solve errors from there.

1) Go to File Generator and delete the file. Activate it once all changes on the site will be done, and you will be able to test every option of the generator.

2) About products, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Masonry > Off. Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
