Hi there,
We had an issue yesterday and had to re-install the child theme as we had an error and couldn’t see the site frontend or backend.
We then had to re-configure the header etc. but can’t get the shop pages to look how they did before. We have the home page as full width, but want the product category and single product pages and other pages to be contained, which is how we had it before.
I can’t remember how we did it, so hopefully you can tell me how to do i.
Thanks
Hello,
Could you provide URL and temporary wp-admin access?
Regards
Hi There,
I have some screen shots to explain the issue in more detail. Not sure how I add them to the ticket, so will reply to the ticket email and attach them.
Thanks
Guy
Tried to send screenshots attached to email but it was returned.
Is there a good way to send them to you?
Thanks
Guy
Hello,
1) We can’t log in to your Dashboard https://gyazo.com/54cd69f8249c01ff86a0c3030df705eb
2) Use Gyazo free tool to make screenshots and share links to your screenshots in the topic private content area.

HI, sorry, don’t know why that didn’t work. I have put another login in the private area.
Screen shots for the issue here:

The products shown that looks OK is a cache issue, as I have seen the same product in a different browser and it looks the same as the others (wide).
Thanks for your help
Guy
Hello,
Go to Theme Options > General > set the site width to 1170px instead of 2309px
Clear the cache and check.

Hi There, that is working much better thanks.
I have also found that when I reduce the screen size, the menu goes over the logo and I can’t find a way to change the size of the logo, when I change it in header builder, it does not change the size. Is there another setting?
Thanks
Guy
Hello,
Please set the administrator role for the user, so we can check your Theme Options.

Hi There,
Sorry, thought I had set it to admin. It is done now.
Thanks
Guy
Hello,
Issue with the logo was caused by your custom CSS https://gyazo.com/e8f9d585ba1670ecc73223c3bfe57438
I removed that code and there is no overlap effect anymore.
Regards
That’s great, thanks for your help. The code must have been there a long time, probably before we started using the custom header tool.
Thanks again
Guy
