All available “Store Header Template” can be found in Dokan > Settings > Appearance. As I can see, there is no possibility to make it full width, with the sidebar below, unfortunately.

Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit the header for Front page > Sticky header > Logo
Also, do not set 2 custom headers for the Front page at the same time, change conditions or delete one of headers.
If the logo can’t be changed still, provide temporary FTP access.
