Shop page is not like demo organic1 - by rooo

hi guys we have the following issues
if we can get some help with these please

1. out shop, categories and products have gone off for some reasons. we were after the same looks as organic 1 demo. but everyting has been reset and doesnt have structure now once we imported our own products

2. individual product pages have 2 hearts for favourite options

3. is it possible to rename Brands option on products to dietary

4. overall loading time for website is very slow, its advertised as high performance and very quick site, any suggestions there please

Thanks for using our theme.
1) By default, settings of this page come from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout, but you edited the Shop page using Elementor. We are not responsible for your custom changes. When Elementor Pro is disabled, Shop works fine – https://gyazo.com/b701c76cefbb01ff242c6fe4c4d8e8dc
Contact support of Elementor Pro plugin to get assistance.
2) Fixed, read more – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/102-wishlist
3) Create translation for XStore Core plugin – coutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation , change Brands to the desired text, and disable the Loco translate plugin.

Hi Rose

Thank you for much for such a quick response
in regards to point 1

We haven’t done any modifications to shop we only got element pro to create a new home page
adaptet.com/home-3

are you able to help us to turn the original option on? so we get the shop that comes with your theme?
If we disable that plugin, does that mean we loose our pre-build home page? or just won’t be able to use features that comes with Pro version of Elementor

Hi We are also tried to use Loco Translation plugin and not succeeding with it. We followed the advised articles, but so many search results for word Brand come up and non of them works

Could you please advise what we might not be doing right

Hello,

1/ I would recommend you to contact the support of the Elementor Pro plugin.
2/ Please provide a screenshot of where exactly do you want to rename the Brands option.
