How to activate button of contact us form on top bar

Hello Team,
i have select new header template and there is option write on us and call us these two options are not active,i have tried write on us button with link contact form but its not worked how can these buttons activate or i can work with them.
Please help me out this.Thank you

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Contacts > delete demo elements and add your own from scratch.
Here is an example of “Url For Field” for mobiletel:+xxxxxxxxxx

Hello,

Do you want to add a phone number here in the header https://gyazo.com/5596a37aa269190e5911eb1bd5422301 ? Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Contact element, you will see 2 default items > delete them, and add an element with the tel:+xxxxxxxxxx text in Url For Field area.
If this is not what you are looking for, describe the desired result in more detail, provide temporary wp-admin access.
