I want to add a custom code in the mobile panel, an API button for my chat support, how can I?

Hello,

Theme Options > Mobile panel > Sections > Add new item > Element – Custom and set Custom Link.

Hey, I already know that and didnt manage to make it work.
I need to place both codes, in the button to make it do what i want but i dont understand where i should put the code.. to make the button work like i want

Hello @Amvisible,

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun, because our technicians team is out of the office during the weekend. But is usually faster than that.
About the custom button, there is no such option by default. Sorry, but additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello,

Install Insert Header and Footers plugin and add the mentioned script to the Insert Footer area (Settings > Insert Headers and Footers).

How can i add class to the button?
i need to add to add that to the button in order to make the script work i believe. i dont know where to put this part in the mobile panel button

Hello,

We don’t have option to add this button to our Mobile panel. So, contact author of the code to find out where they suggest to add the button code if you use WordPress theme.
