Add to cart issues - by nate p - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Customers are having issues adding to cart, disabled ajax add to cart fixed single product page, but still cannot add products in for example related products sections.

    If it does work, when you add items to cart, the count does not update in minicart, which makes you think you did not add to cart.

    In on-screen cart popup, deleting a product does nothing it just spins and grays out.

    Other noted issues that have been ongoing include:

    I get a token error when using the 8store login popup. It takes me to the account page and I have to log in again there.

    Product filters are no longer showing in-stock checkbox option

    Mega menu is behind product labels on all pages with product labels

    I have downgraded my PHP version to fix issues, worked through weeks of bugs since signing up, and you have been unable to access my site for whatever reason.

    Product categories are still all screwed up which was suggested as being caused by versioning last time it was brought up. I would attach a screenshot but I have to upload the file somewhere and link it, you can see what I mean on any product category, as the products have a fifth hanging out below the row…

    Also cannot center menus on screen, they always show to the right or the left of the dropdown. Megamenus should be centered on the screen. Is there anyway to accomplish this? I created a block full screen, and had to stretch with JS in Elementor to get it full width. Then it shows off to the right or left when you are looking at the store menu. I tried this which sets it better but still not centered:

    Hello,

    Megamenu fixed. Provide us with FTP access to check the issue with the product hover effect because styles are lost as I can see and check all the other issues.

    Thank you Olga, looks like the mega menu is working, appreciate it. I fixed a few other issues by disabling all the ajax functions, and performance functions. I have included FTP credentials.

    Token error is intermittent, works sometimes others will not. Might be a redirect url issue on google, will check.

    2) How did you disable the Ajax and performance actions? Could you, please change it back?
    3) Do you have any server cache? Could you, please, temporarily disable it?

    Hi Olga, sorry for the delay in response. I updated the user info in private.

    I looked for any ajax options in the theme and disabled them as they seemed to cause issue. It looks like your team disabled the cache plugin already, although I would like to run a caching engine on the site.
    The Mega menu seems to be functioning correctly now so thank you for that.

    Product Added Notification
    Turn on to use Ajax notification on after product added to cart. has been re-enabled. This causes issues for users so I don’t want to keep it for long.

    This is what the product category looks like in elementor, when published everything gets messed up including the quick view button which goes over the add to cart button on hover (very annoying). The categories displaying correctly in elementor and not in published is baffling me. Other settings get overridden like font and what not as well. Visible here:

    I take that back about the mega menu. It still shows up behind on the store-listing page. Please see here:

    In some cases, it shows up way off to the left, but a refresh fixes it…
