salve, ho provato anche a fare un reset dei temi, ma niente non riesco a usare questo tema specifico…
il tema è di xstore Marseille03 v1.0

i am using x-store child theme and when i go to the customize page, the page doesn’t load

i tried to deactivate all plugins and the only way to access the customize page is by deactivating the woocommerce plugin

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check the problem more deeply.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

i fix the customize page problem( i’m using normal theme not child theme).
but now can’t enter in my site by phone cause by a fatal error…
on private content area i send the account ftp and administrator login

the error are:

Do you plan to use AMP version? If not, keep XStore AMP plugin disabled.
