Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Then go to Appearance > Wisgets.

Hello,

As was mentioned, “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked). Custom tab1, Custom tab2, single product custom tab are empty by default, so there is no content to display. Add titles and content for custom tabs and you will see them.
As I can see, Single Product builder is disabled on your site. Have you published changes? Have you cleared CDN cache?

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

We are sorry but XStore is not included in the subscription. We can’t include this theme because it sells in Theme Forest and due to their policy can’t be sold anywhere else. So XStore you can get here – https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and use it according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard , 1 license for 1 project. There is no “unlimited activations” option.
You can cancel your subscription in the My Account area, we will accept the refund within 2 days.

It will not let me update and still no working properly.

As we can see, you updated Core plugin, but not XStore theme. You need to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ , then clear cache and check.
