    Hi,

I have installed the theme on a fresh WP copy, however, it seems there are some residual elements that does not execute the theme properly, i.e. the header, product category pages, footer, and many other places. Moreover, there are a lot of missing media files that does not allow to replicate the same experience as the demo version.

    Thanks,
    Amir

    Hello,

    Clear cache and check now.
About Product Categories, they can’t be imported with exactly the same hierarchy and images, but you can delete demo categories and add your own.

    Hi,

There are still issues: the top header is full width, the hero images are magnified in the homepage, in the about page, the client opinion is in one column instead of two. On product category pages, none of the options on the sidebar are visible like the demo – all we have is a long list of categories like the example page in the in private content.

My concern is the CSS files or whatever else is broken and do not want to develop the store on a wrong foot.

Obviously, I have emptied browser as well as server cache.

    Regards,
    Amir

    Hello,

Header areas full width you can disable in the Header builder settings https://prnt.sc/1t8k7sz
You can change bg size using Revolution slider settings https://gyazo.com/cce399dbc28d2f8424de5405c0d5b9f0
If you want to get categories with the subcategories you can manage that from Products > Categories > edit categories and choose the Parent category.
To add widgets to the shop sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > add the necessary widgets like Price filter, brands filter etc to the Shop sidebar widget area.

    Regards

I have purchased tens of themes and plugins over the years. The quality of service by 8theme is simply top notch – keep up the good work.
