Do you use WPML? Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. 1/ Appearance > Menus > Screen options > enable Product categories
2/ Clear cache (from cache plugin and browser cache) before checking changes on the frontend.
Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.
4/ It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. In your case menu items were imported 2 times, so go to Appearance > Menus and delete duplicated items.
