“Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions https://prnt.sc/1wxduwk or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked). It is the default WooCommerce tab.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

1/ Global settings you can find in Theme Options > Typography. Custom CSS code can be used also. Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, and we will give you an example of code for the price.

What exactly plugin do you mean?
Our theme uses header builder and you don’t need to choose menu location from Appearance > Menus but you need to choose that in Theme Options > Header builder.

Disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Enable plugins one by one to find out what combination of plugins caused the problem.
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
It doesn’t come from our theme. Check plugins and 3rd party code on your site.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements > enable “Add to cart button”. Styling of the button can be changed via Theme options > Styling > Light buttons
