Thank you for the theme. It’s beautiful and perfect for the store I will be creating.

I do have some questions.

1) The six images in the homepage (six images under the photo of the girl in the water) don’t reflect the same sizing or alignment of how the photos in the demo theme look (New Arrivals, Accessories, Trends, Shoes & Accessories, Men, Women)

Can you please replicate them to reflect exactly how it looks in the demo theme? That was actually one of the top reasons I purchased because I loved all the different dimensions of those photos and how it was laid out in the demo theme.

2) When the consumer clicks on “Buy Product” it doesn’t open to a new window. Is there an option in “Product Data” that will allow the consumer to click on “Buy Product” and it automatically open up to a new window and does not stay on the same window? If not, can this be created? That way they can still stay on the website and have the product they want to buy open up to a new window.

3) I accidentally removed the drop down menu. How can I insert this back? Also, when the drop down menu was present the categories on it were not clickable.
-Can you tell me how to create the drop down menu and also have everything on there clickable or is this something you can enter in?

4) I also removed the very bottom footer section of the page and would like to know if you can insert it back in.

Hello,

1), 3) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the settings that are used there.
2) Provide us with the screenshot of the “buy now” area that you are talking about for better understanding.
4) To add the footer go to Appearance > Widgets > add the Static block widget to the Footer widget area. Choose the Static block with footer content that you want to show there. Also, don’t forget to enable page builder to edit Static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks

2) Where and how do I submit a screen shot of the “buy now” area?

1) Password is incorrect https://prnt.sc/1wn121e We can’t log in to your WordPress Dashboard using the credentials that you provided.

2) Use Lightshot screenshot tool to make screenshot and share the link to your screenshot.

4) I actually want the same exact footer that was there. I just deleted it by accident. I have no idea which footer was there (at the very bottom). It’s the one that came with the theme.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. We need temporary access to WordPress Dashboard, not Bluehost portal. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Thank you for replying back. The light shot does not work for me it keeps me on stand by an does not go anywhere from there. I also tried two different computers and I am experiencing the same issues. I did register a temporary account on WordPress though. Please let me know how else I can share this info with you.
