In this case you should edit the star.png file with your own style then upload the file via FTP into wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce/images/ folder.

1) Try to disable “Hard Crop” option in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display. Then regenerate thumbnails https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .
2) Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.
3) You can change the logo in Dashboard->Theme Options->Header->Logo image.
