1) You can try to use @font-face to add new font-family. Please read more here:

2) First you need to disable demo footer blocks in Theme Options->General then create footer manually. Read more here:

To get workable anchor links you need add to section, some block with ID like <div id="anchor"></div>then add link like <a href="#anchor"></a> which will be send to your section above.

1) You need select Portfolio Template in Pages->My Projects->Edit (I already did it). Other setting to potfolio page to can do in Dashboard->Blanco->Portfolio.

This element works only in custom pages, not on pages like shop, blog, portfolio or other default pages of our theme.
As a variant you can create some page then add Video player element via Visual Composer plugin and below add shortcode [portfolio]. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6rxssx
