Display portfolio page, edit banner under layer slider, and edit footer

Dear Support Team

I have now had a chance to dive a bit further into setting up my new webshop on liiloodesigns.com using the Blanco theme. There are still a couple of things I’m struggling with compared to your demopage at: https://www.8theme.com/demo/blanco-wo/

1: How do I get my portfolio to be displayed like on your demopage @ https://www.8theme.com/demo/blanco-wo/portfolio-2/?

2: How do I add and edit the banner (“Have any questions, Big sale only this weekend, Free delivery on all UK orders”)shown above the layer slider on your demo page?

3: How do I edit the banner shown just below the layer slider on your demopage (the one with the two images having the headers “Simple Installation” & “Blanco” + 2 shop now buttons)?

4: How do I add the “featured products” section shown at the bottom of your demopage? So far I’ve only been able to display “latest products”.

5: How do I edit the footer area?

Sorry, just one more thing on the list:

I can’t get the sizing guide to work on liiloodesigns.com. I’ve enabled the size guide under each individual product, but when I click on the size guide for individual products on my site, the url redirects to a page that does not exist (http://liiloodesigns.com/product/long-loose-fitting-skirt/wp-content/themes/blanco/images/assets/size-guide.jpg)

How do I fix this?

Hello,

1) You need select Portfolio Template in Pages->My Projects->Edit (I already did it). Other setting to potfolio page to can do in Dashboard->Blanco->Portfolio.
2) You need add code in Home Page Sidebar. Please read more in our documentation:

3) You can find code for this banner in Pages->Home Page-Edit. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6sbsb5
4) In Home Page you has shortcode [etheme_new title="Latest Products" ]. Now you need select some products as “new” in Products->select product->edit. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6sbttc

6) Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

I have added the FTP credentials in Private Content. I hope you can fix the sizing guide. If possible, please let me know how you fixed it.

I’ve written full path to the sizing guide image in Blanco – Theme Settings > Single Product Page. Please clear browser cache and check now.

Hi Eva

Thanks a lot for doing that! Now the sizing guide loads when the link is clicked.

Only small remaining issue is that the size guide that opens is for shoes and I’m selling clothes on the site. Does the Blanco Theme have a size guide for clothes, which you can install instead?

Hello,

You need upload your own size guide image in Blanco Theme Settings.
Sorry but we don’t provide size guide images with the theme.

Hi Eva

Noted with thanks. I just tried uploading a new size guide through the Blanco Theme Setting. The file path is: http://liiloodesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/size-chart.png.

However, I notice that the new size guide is not displayed on my site (instead of the shoe guide). What should I do to make sure the new size guide is placed in the right file path?
