    Hi,

    I have un-installed almost all plugins and still the issue persists.

    See here: http://screencast.com/t/RrbkFxVTDWby

    I have left the plugin all unactive… So you can view in current state.

    Hello,

    As I see before we’ve added this code in custom.css file

    .single_variation_wrap {
      display: block !important;
    }

    and it caused conflicts with the javascript code.

    In this case you need contact to WooCommerce support team and their specialists will look on issue more deeply.
    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, can you remind me what this CSS was for?

    As I will need to explain in more details with WooThemes.

    Hello,

    This code constantly shows “Add to cart” and you don’t need choose color of the product to see the button. http://prntscr.com/6rzc1c

    Hi,

    I have been asked by WooThemes if this has been checked against a default WordPress theme?

    Hello,

    You can activate default WordPress theme and check the issue yourself. Go to Appearance > Themes and select Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Fourteen theme and check “Add to Cart” button with it.

    So you are confirming that it has been tested with default themes? And the conflicts still exists.

    The only reason I am asking all this is because you guys have sent me to WooThemes, as you believe the CSS you have supplied me is fine.

    BUT Woothemes, have come back to me and stated it is the theme developers issues…as there is nothing wrong with WooCommerce.

    So you can see I am stuck in the middle, I have told WooThemes that the conflict remains in place on default WP theme.

    Hence why I am checking with you, as I would like either you or Woothemes to fix the issue.

    I will get back to you once Woothemes has got back to me, as one day someone else may want this CSS and not the ‘jumping of the add to basket and wishlist’ area, and if WooThemes can/want to fix, then I can tell you.

    HI,

    I have just completed testing and so has WooThemes this is their confirmation email:

    Hi Lily,
    When I tried using a different theme, the jumping issue didn’t happen, which means that it’s specific to something happening between Legenda and the CSS you’re adding, not WooCommerce in general.

    So it seems they put it down to your theme, and not WooThemes, so can you please provide a solution.

    Hello,

    The problem is with the code

    .single_variation_wrap {
      display: block !important;
    }

    I’ve commented it in your custom.css file and now “Add to Cart” button will appear when variation option is selected.

    Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    Thanks, but that has not cured the problem, in that I now have to select an option before ‘Add to Cart/Wishlist/Social Media’ appears.

    So can you please provide correct CSS so that ‘Add to Cart/Wishlist/Social Media’ appears all the time and not just when an option is selected.

    Hello,

    I’ve added the code again to show “Add to Cart” button automatically.
    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme.
    Check it yourself: activate Twenty Fifteen theme in Appearance > Themes and add the code .single_variation_wrap {display: block !important;} to style.css file of the activated theme in Appearance > Editor.
    You’ll see the button behaves the same as in our theme. So you should ask Woocommerce to check it with default WordPress theme at first.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    The trouble I am having is that they state they have tested with Default theme!!

    So either you or them are lying…or not telling the truth.

    as I am sure you can appreciate this is an issue.

    Could you please test again and record and provide me with screenscast of your test?

    I will ask WooThemes for same.

    Hello,

    Seems they didn’t include css code in the default WordPress theme.
    I’ve described how you can check it from your side:
    Activate Twenty Fifteen theme in Appearance > Themes and add the code .single_variation_wrap {display: block !important;} to style.css file of the activated theme in Appearance > Editor.
    You’ll see the button behaves the same as in our theme.

    Please check it yourself at first.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
