2) I recommend to use wpml option of selecting the language. But if you want to change then you need to do it yourself. You can edit this in \themes\royal\headers\parts\top-bar.php file

You can try to remove widgets from Footer 1 and Footer 2 sidebar in Appearance->Widgets and select static block in Custom Footer section in the pages editor in Page Layout box on the right side. Thus you will have single product page without footer.
