    You’re using old theme version. Please update.
    Also you have a lot of legenda themes installed. Please remove the oldest.
    Don’t forget to make backup site before update.

    Because some 3rd-party plugin has conflict with code.
    Also we can’t guarantee full compatibility our theme with third-party plugins.

    You can enable the same option in 8theme Options->E-commerce->Single Product page->Enable Lightbox for Product Images.
    Also we checked and find that some plugins causes issue and that’s why lightbox not worked.
    Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check this issue.
