    Probably you used the built-in header that was removed from version and did not create the header using header builder.

    Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit content of the header depends on your needs. These videos will help you –

    1) You can check the woocommerce setting by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customization > WooCommerce (shop) and check your woocommerce setting.

    2) Or It is probably looks that there is conflict with the 3rd party plugin kindly deactivate 3rd party plugin one by one and then check the site. If you still facing any issue let us know.
