You can upload plugins via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugin installation in the theme folder woopress/framework/plugins.

Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you mean and show us screenshots?

Also you’re using old theme version. Please update the theme.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

There is a problem on iOS with the correct display «Tahoma» font.
All other default and google fonts works correctly.
We recommend to use one of them.
