Ceckout & Myaccount 404 - by fashione

hi,

all plugins are updated. But I have problems with my shop. I cant do the “checkout”. Also page “my account” is not working. For both pages I always get 404 page!

Whats wrong here?

Hello,

As I see you’ve set https links for My Account and Checkout pages.
Have you installed SSL certificate for them?
You should contact your hosting provider support to check it.

Dear Eva,

we solved the problem. But after then I enable in the plugin Security following options:

1) Front End SSL Mode
2) SSL for Dashboard.

After that site is complete down. Showing nothing and no entry in wp-admin.

I think it has to do with the change made in security plugin.
Can you assist?

Hello,

We can’t log in via FTP. Please provide us with correct FTP credentials or try to rename the Security plugin in wp-content/plugins directory, this way you’ll disable it.
