Hi, I am setting up a website for one of my customers with Royal Theme.
When I Look at the website on my computer everything seems to be ok, but some other PCs or devices, sometimes, I don’t see the correct font, I see Times New Roman instead, in different placese, depending from the device… could you please ive me some help?

Hello officina-creativa,

please specify what fonts do we need to check and provide us with screenshot of this issue.
In addition let us know what browsers were you testing you site with.

It depends, on my iphone / ipad (Safari Mobile) and PCs using Internet Explorer …

I’ve added the following code in Theme Options->Custom CSS->Global Custom CSS. Please check.

Sorry but from my iPhone there’s still Times New Roman in page Headings and on the Home Page banners …

Hello,

Please update the theme to latest version and check this issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hello,

There is a problem on iOS with the correct display «Tahoma» font.
All other default and google fonts works correctly.
We recommend to use one of them.
