Hi Jack,

The issue was before the woo upgrade!! i actually installed the new Woo 3.1 in hope it may sort the issue out?!

So downgrading is not going to help sadly…. any other thoughts?

Hi Robert,

they are all correct, just make sure if you are cut and pasting that there are no gaps. All is working here fine, using port 21. Im using Filezila and i just cut and paste and all is working well.

Thank you very much. Would you happen to know if i use the Customise tab like below, how can i get the VC content to show? It seems to disappear if i had the snippet to my functions –

Hi, i have taken images.

The first shows how i have set up the message box using VC, i have a teal coloured box with a bell icon.

but on the site it is just the default, light blue with an i for the icon

This has happened in another area (shopping cart) but you gave me some css, this is all well and good but it doesnt change the icon and it clearly is not working!

I am currently working on a postage of page on our site – please see link –

We are using VC to put them in columns, but would like a line (vertical span) or a nice gap between each column so it looks neater.

I cant seem to get a nice gap/ space by using the 1/6 and 1/4 so im just using 1/2

any ideas?

Okay, well i dont understand, but i cant do anything else, i have been on it most of today and its been loggin fine.

I cant change the password due to having issues with it when i first started out.

I will have to wait until your next update comes out and only hope that the issue is sorted.

i have got the message about woocommerce files being out of date, and i think this is the issue.
