Hi, even though we have updated theme, woo and wordpress we still seem to have an issues with customers emails not being acknowledged on the checkout page. It is very random and not every customer has the issue, we are not sure whether this is a browser issue or an email issue or website issue.
This issue has been ongoing for some time now before the update but we didnt get too worried due to the pending update. But now it continues and we need to get this sorted out as its very time consuming with customers phoning with their issue.
