Hello,

Add all the necessary items into menu, Save menu and only after saving you’ll see XStore theme options for the menu. Column width option is available for the 2d level of menu, so, be attentive if you look at right place http://prntscr.com/cy811a

Hello,

1) If you want to enable boxed version for your site go to Theme Options > General > Layout > Boxed. To upload bg go to Theme Options > Styling > Content > Site Background.
Or you are talking about something else? Provide me screenshot for better understanding.

2) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account > Enable registration on My account page.
3) Go to Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs > there you’ll find all the available settings for breadcrumbs. Set font-size 0 px if you want to hide some element of breadcrumbs, for example http://prntscr.com/cy7zg8

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.

18. Provide, please, FTP access. Can we disable/enable your third-party plugins to check what could be the reason of slow site? You have a lot of plugins, especially Custom CSS and Javascript, that may cause problem.

19. Add the following code in custom CSS

.header-wrapper header > .container .container-wrapper{ position: relative !important; } .fixed-header.search-now-opened > .container { position: relative !important; }

20. No, we have not added this function yet.

21. We’ll check and fix it once you provide temporary FTP access.

Hello,

Do you use any third-party plugins that don’t come bundled with our theme? Try to disable them and check if you still have the problem with the quick view.

If problem persists even when third-party plugins are disabled, reply back and provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

Hello,

This is third-party plugin that is not included in our theme. We can’t test and add styles for all the available popular plugins. If you use third-party plugins often (not always) you need additionally customize the styles of plugin elements to make them look according to global theme style.
If you need some help with it, you may send us the link and we’ll point you in right direction.

Go to Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs > there you’ll be able to disable breadcrumbs or reduce the paddings, change font size etc.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus > create menu and check Main menu right in theme locations. Demo content has only one menu – main. But if you want to use version with 2 menus you need to create one more menu and set it like Main menu right menu.

It’s very strange because I did not face such problem. Are you sure that you tried to upload WP theme archive, maybe you tried to upload full theme package?

I have installed theme and demo content, now you may install version or pages you need.

I’m not sure that understand your actions to install that home page, that’s why I’ll explain you how to import it and set as Home page step by step:
1) Go to Theme Options > Import/Export > scroll down to the section with Additional Pages import and find Home Flat in drop-down http://prntscr.com/cx4orv
2) Once you import the page go to Pages > All > find your Flat Home page and you may edit it.
3) If you want to make this page as Front page, go to Settings > Reading > and choose it http://prntscr.com/cx4ppr Save settings.
