Unfortunately, there is no option to add content before Newsletter text, only after Newsletter and My Account links (using Appearance > Widgets > Right Top bar widget area). In case you want to add any content before you need to edit template files. Use child theme if you decide to make any changes in template files.

Unfortunately, we don’t have translations for backend elements/Theme Options. We have this task in our tasks list and we plan to add translation file for backend but, unfortunately, I can’t tell you the exact date.
Go to Theme Options > Typography > Page > Headings very likely you chose white color for all the headings. It gives you that problem.

You’ll be able to see Privat Content area only if you are author of the topic. This topic was created by another user, that’s why you don’t see content of that area.
I sent the file that you need to replace to fix this issue to your registration email.
We don’t use any plugins to change files via Dashboard. Because if any Fatal error will appear then we won’t be able to fix it. Only FTP.
If you are using any other third-party zoom plugin then some additional customization could be required. Contact plugin author to get it work with our theme.
