Default Background for Images - by awdigital

    Hi, When I upload images with a transparent background the images appear with a black background. How do I changes this default setting so images with transparent background appear on white background instead of black?

    Hello,

    You have added black bg color for your banners in banner settings. Check and remove it.

    I have checked the banner settings and there is no bg colour allocated. Also this issue is throughout the website as even products on product list pages appear with black bg?

    Hi, I have figured that then black background occurs on file uploaded on .gif format while pictures with any other format such as .png or jpeg appear fine. Please make as resolved. Thank you.
