Go to Pages > edit Shop page and scroll down to the 8theme Layout settings > Sidebar position > Inherit http://prntscr.com/d7xazb
If you use left sidebar option there then you will see sidebar because individual options for the every page have more priority than General options.
Button Sync allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.
I have checked your site and don’t see any problem with sync. Very likely your problem was that you did not translate plural form for the products http://prntscr.com/d7x7pz

No, we did not modify such default settings to avoid compatibility problems.
Or you may use promo popup option (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo popup) Promo popup will appear either when you open the site or if you click the link in the top bar.
If you need something else, unfortunately, we don’t have other elements to create the popup.

Hello,
They did not tell you that problem caused by our theme. They told you to check if you have your problem even with official theme (Storefront) or with our theme only. I have asked you to do the same. Please, go to Appearance > Themes > and enable default woocommerce theme – Storefront. Check if you still have the problem. If problem persists with Storefront theme you need to reply back to WooCommerce support email and tell them about it.
Reply back to me if problem persists with our theme only!

We can’t check your site because it is anavailable.
1) Image dimensions for your products you can change in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display tab. You should install Regenerate plugin after that and regenerate thumbnails. If you use cache plugin then don’t forget to clean cache. Portfolio images use WP default settings (Settings > Media). In next version we plan to add individual options for the portfolio featured images.
2), 3) Check your cache settings. Very likely cart is cached. Enable official WooCommerce theme (Storefront) and check if you have the same issue.
4) It depends on your server responce. We can do nothing with it.

Option that you are talking about is located in column settings http://prntscr.com/d7ggcv not in row settings.
This is default Visual Composer option and we did not change anything.
You want to add the custom code for the mobile devices use both “Custom CSS for mobile” and “Custom CSS for mobile landscape”. Also, you may add the code in Global Custom CSS but don’t forget about media queries http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp

The last one is free plugin. WPML is paid plugin. You can read about both and make a choice. We don’t have option to add that switcher into menu.
