Installation Error - by ifebi - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I’m trying to install the theme but once activated it gives me this message:

Fatal error: Class ‘VcShortcodeAutoloader’ not found in /home4/ab3338/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/shortcodes/custom-tabs.php on line 10

I wanted to uninstall and try again but can no longer access themes because this message keeps popping up. Please help. The login information is in the private content below.

Hello,

You are using too old version of Visual Composer 4.5.1 , please update it to latest version. You can find archive to update Visual Composer here 8theme.com/download-plugins

Thanks. I tried uploading it but it says the folder already exists. What do I do now? & is that the only issue causing the theme to not upload correctly?

Here’s the message it gives me:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home4/ab3338/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/

Plugin install failed.
