Hi. While constructing my website, I’m encountering several issues with my website:

– If I click on the pictures of the product gallery of this product (http://sportimex.be/product/run-sock-2-0/), the wrong picture is shown above. How can we resolve this?
– Please have a look at the footer of my website. The 3rd and 4th column are not outlined on the right, but are put beneath column 2. How can we resolve this issue?
– Although I have translated the website with Loco Translate into Dutch, several terms remain in English. I already checked that the translated files are in the right map.
– Although I have changed the main color of the website into green, products pages still have a red header color. How can we resolve this issue, so that it also has the green color?
– The same thing for the red icons “sale”. How can I change them into a green color?
– On the home page, under the topic “Top Interesting”; how can I arrange that products will be shown under “new arrivals”, “Featured” and “Special”? How do I do this?

Hello,

1), 2) Provide, please, temporary admin panel access. Need to check the backend options for the product and footer.
3) What strings are still in English?
4) Go to Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs > change breadcrumbs image and color.
5) Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS
.onsale {background: #4dea4b;}
6) To change products you want to show there go to Pages > edit Front page > scroll down to the section with tabs and edit 8theme – Products element http://prntscr.com/cjq8fg there you’ll find many options to sort products.

Hello,

1) Don’t add the main image in product gallery http://prntscr.com/ck4ok6 it will appear on frontend automatically.

2) Don’t see problem with translation, backend – http://prntscr.com/ck55du frontend – http://prntscr.com/ck55on The main reason is that you did not translate any word of Xstore theme translation file https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#translation_101_nbspbase_theme_translation

Hi, thanks a lot for your help. Still have the following issues:

1) The 3rd and 4th column of my footer are not outlined on the right, but are put beneath column 2. How can we resolve this issue?
2) I translated ‘SALE!’ into ‘promo!’, but now the text is too large or the green ball is too small. The text breaks out. How can we resolve this?
3) How can I assign products to the filer ‘special’?
4) I would like to add a block with only products in promo. How can I do this?

Hello,

1) You did not add close tag for your custom links item
2) Added custom code in custom css to increase wit=dth and height of your sale label
3), 4) Edit Products VC element on Special tab and select products type you want to display there or you may also add list of products http://prntscr.com/cki5px
Also, you may choose category or tags http://prntscr.com/cki64a

Hi Olga, still have several questions:

1) I want to link http://prntscr.com/cp8c3n to another block on my home page http://prntscr.com/cp8ch7. How can I do this, what must be the link url?
2) The text of the product categories is not very visible: http://prntscr.com/cp8d78. How can I change the color into some other color?

1) There is no such option in our theme.

2) Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS
```
.category-grid .categories-mask h4 {
    color: red;
}
.category-grid .categories-mask .count {
    color: #f4524d;
```

Hi. Today I tried to translate several strings. For example the string ‘products’ should be translated into ‘Producten’. When having translated this strings, I click on ‘Save’. So far, so good. But when clicking on ‘Sync’, the translated strings are being erased again. Any idea what can be the cause of this?

Hello,

Button Sync allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.

I have checked your site and don’t see any problem with sync. Very likely your problem was that you did not translate plural form for the products http://prntscr.com/d7x7pz
