    Hey,

We have Xstore theme 2.6 installed via WordPress on our website. We are currently using the Child theme in case we need to make changes to certain items.

Currently we are trying to get our product pages to look at behave like this one, below:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/engineer/product/20v-max-li-lon-jigsaw-kit/

We originally setup our website with the default/home-simple look, shown here:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/home-simple/

I have looked through the Products section of WooCommerce to make these changes – no luck there. I also looked in the 8Theme Options and see a few settings that might work, but they didn’t.

Another side thought is that we upgraded from 2.5 to 2.6 of the xstore theme and it doesn’t show that it is actually 2.6 when you check the version on the Appearance – Themes section of WordPress. It still shows it as 2.5 instead of 2.6. We’ve upgraded several times and this hasn’t been an issue until the last upgrade. This may be already known so apologies if it is.

    Thoughts? Help us?

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access. I’ll update your theme and check why Fixed image option does not work for you. If you use any server cache (CloudFlare), please, disable it.

    Hey Olga,

I would prefer to just receive directions on how to correct the issues and let us attempt it ourselves first. Is that alright?

If not, I can create temporary access for you, but we prefer to not pursue this method.

Thanks and let us know when you can!

    Hello,

To get the same layout as on our engineer demo go to Theme Options > Ecommerce > Single Product Page

    Sidebar position > Off
    Page Layout > 2d type
    Tabs type > Accordion
    Tabs content scroll > On
    Tab content height > 250
Location of product tabs > Next to image

    Regards

    Hello Olga,

We have implemented this…I only had one question. I’m not sure which one of the several choices is the “2d type” for Page Layout. Can you attach a screenshot of the settings that are correct for that portion? Or tell me which it is out of the choices? I don’t see any names on any of them saying “2d” or anything like that so I wanted to make sure we set the correct one.

    Thanks!

    Olga,

Good deal; thank you for doing the screenshot. I did select the one you showed in the screenshot so I’m glad I guessed correctly! Ha!

This should get us to where we wanted it. Thank you so much for your help!
