You did not have favicon and I had to upload favicon to check the problem.

“After checking the site, I think that user is using “Send” display type:

Can you please ask the user to switch this option to “Like” and see if that will work for him.

Facebook seems to have replaced that “Send” button with “Share” and we need to update this functionality in our theme, so for now only “Like” is fully supported.”

1) To change the breadcrumbs go to Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs, there you’ll find options to change the color and add breadcrumbs image if you need. Unfortunately, there is no option to use different breadcrumbs image for different products.

2) Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page > Show product name above the price > ON.
