Hi Olga and Team

First I want to say that I am so happy with the theme that I buy a second license for new site.

I have some questions and sugestions:

Sugestions
1- in the style.css line 2877 change width to 80px Because when the user chooses 5 stars they only appear 4 in the layout:
.star-rating {
font-size: 0;
width: 80px;
2- in the line 9721 i change the size of quantity box to support more quantity, my sugestion:
.quantity.buttons_added input[type=”number”] {
display: inline-block;
width: 60px;
max-width: 65px;
3- I made litle space on the labels to support language with more long words => right: – 5px;

And now the problems:
1- The plugin Like2discount not work on Microsoft edge, second step not send email and show message “You must click “Send” button and select recipients first!”
2- In the product page when product have variations with long name or i use the plugin extra product options… heart icon of wishlist broken on layout, image below:

3- In some pages, like a blog https://www.identidade.com.br/blog/ the layout of modal newsletter not respond to css or am i doing something wrong hehehe, image below:

And many thanks, the problem with redux is solved. I downloaded version of GitHub and is working fine with php 7.

Hello,

First of all I would ask you to do all the changes in the child theme or use Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS to add your custom CSS styles because you will lose all your changes after update in future. To avoid this problem, please, use child theme http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/32-child-theme

1. By default, we have 78px and I don’t see any issue on our demo. Could you provide me screenshot of the problem?

2. If you plan that customers will use more than 3 symbols in quantity field you can add this custom code in child theme style.css.

3. Yes, if you need to make it bigger you can do this using custom.

And now the problems:
1- Could you, please, provide me the link to the page where we’ll be able to check this issue. Do you have this problem with Edge browser?
2- Choose Use shortcode in Wishlist settings http://prntscr.com/dejurt to fix this issue
3- You have the styles for some pages http://prntscr.com/dejxsh and don’t have them on blog page http://prntscr.com/dejy7s You are using UA for VC plugin and its element. Unfortunately, this element works only if you use it on the page (UA check the page and if UA elements are found then it enables necessary scripts) and doesn’t work for the static blocks (it does not have such control for the Static Block). On the single product page very likely you use UA elements, that’s why this page has necessary scripts and element in popup also works. But there is no UA element on Blog page and that’s why there are no necessary scripts. I have replaced the UA element by default VC element.

I prefer revise 2 or 3 changes on css (and I still see the changes you’ve made, I really like this) I do not really like child template hehehehe.

I see that you have corrected the newsletter issue and wishlist, you are simple the best. I really do not remember how I did the popup. I’m a designer and my job is make everything beautiful, hahahaahaha, for the problems I’m counting on you 🙂

The problem of Like2Discount apears when you click on buy product, its show popup, in step 1 (like) is work, but step 2 not work, only in edge browser. You can test in this product adding to cart and whait popup https://www.identidade.com.br/produto/cordao-vermelho/

Other little problem is whith the twitter, into blog for example its showing Always 5 tweets instead of 3 as I configured it.

I’m doing the translation and updating of the po file of the theme, more sensitive to the Portuguese language. As soon as I have reviewed everything, I will let you know and if you wish to use, I will be happy.

Hello,

I got the problem with Edge and passed it to plugin developers. We’ll be waiting for the author answer because we just include this plugin into our theme, we are not plugin developers. I’ll keep you in touch once we get the answer from them.

Twitter issue. It’s because you have Twitter widget in sidebar also http://prntscr.com/dfo20j tweets there. It changes the number of footer tweets too, because it is the same widget but used in different areas.

I’m going to change the widget to 3 also to stay more in harmony. As for the plugin let’s wait for the position of the developer. I really liked this plugin, very interesting.

Hello,

We got following response from the author”

“After checking the site, I think that user is using “Send” display type:

Can you please ask the user to switch this option to “Like” and see if that will work for him.

Facebook seems to have replaced that “Send” button with “Share” and we need to update this functionality in our theme, so for now only “Like” is fully supported.”

@identidade, let me know if this solution is ok for you.

No, my setting is the same as the Picture.

I’m like mode,Nor had he seen that there were other ways there hehehe, and using email confirmation.

It Works perfectly on chrome, only on edge browser apparently it does not detect that the email has already been typed and gives the warning that it needs to enter the email before sending

PS: When I installed it did not appear the plugin settings in woocommerce. I found the solution in the plugin comment post on codecanyon and downloaded a fix. The settings appeared on the panel. I do not know if it has something to do but I thought it was important to report.

Okay, Olga, while we have another “supernatural” problem to solve ehehehe.
See the two products below

I spent two days looking for what might be happening.
At first the page opens correctly (no scroll).
In the second the page automatically scrolls to the description tabs.
I used the same options in both products, plugins, layout, etc.
But now I have seen that one was created in version 3 of the theme and another in version 3.1. And I saw that there was an update on the tabs, created an additional per product on new version of theme.
Apparently the focus of the page goes down to the tabs on the new products I create
Is not the problem there? Can you give one checked for me?

Sorry for my bad english and I need your super powers again.

I have checked both products and don’t see the issue with scroll. What browser do you use?

P.S. We get the answer from plugin author https://laborator.ticksy.com/ticket/979434/ but he can’t check the problem, we are waiting for the solution from him

hmm strange… i use google chrome but tested on edge browser and in two, page jump to middle automatically.

I tested on various pcs with crhome and edge, look this product:

The scroll occurs only on open product page, when reload its normal. Bellow an image of the position it stops:

But I sent the same doubt to the developer of the Extra Product Options plugin that I suspect is causing this problem.
I hope you wait for now.

My suspicions were correct. The problem was in the plugin. I talked to the developer and the problem was solved with a new version of the plugin.

He said some updates on the themes needed changes to his plugin.

Hi Olga

The developer of the plugin like2discount gave some suggestion about the problem of not working on the browser Microsoft Edge?
I tested it on his demo page and it does not work there either.
I can not see the ticket you opened in plugin support. I thought the idea was good. I’m thinking of buying the plugin … but if it does not work it does not make sense.
