    Hello,

    We display video in popup, Quick View is also popup. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to show popup in popup and we hide enlarge and video buttons for the Quick View window.

    I have fixed this on your site and also it will be fixed in next theme update.

    Maybe you have changed row structure or added paragraph tags after update but your issue is not related to theme update. Change .p-weiss to .p-weiss p http://prntscr.com/dwb4nu

    Hello,

    I have checked your site and see that you either use the same page for both items or the same custom link http://prntscr.com/dwasq4 I don’t think that it’s related to theme update.

    Go to Appearance > Menus and check the menu items that you have there. Or provide me temporary admin panel access, so I’ll be able to check your menu.

    What other issues did you face after theme update?

    Hello,

    1) Using Loco translate plugin you can just translate theme to another language but it does not allow you to create the multilingual site. If you want to create multilingual site you should use either WPML plugin (paid plugin) or one of free plugins – Polylang, qTranslate. Then you’ll be able to add language switcher and create products, categories, pages for both languages.

    2) You can share link to screenshot instead of email. There are a lot of useful tools for this, Lightshot screenshot, for example. Very likely, problem caused by too many columns for your products and there is no place to show all the information you have on your screen, that’s why columns are too thin and high. Try to disable some information that you don’t need there for preview http://prntscr.com/dw9ec9

    3) Check the permalinks settings (Settings > Permalinks) after changing your language. Also, make sure that issue appears with our theme only. Go to Appearance > Themes > enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check. We are able to help in case problem appears with our theme only, if you have the same problem even with default theme then you need to check WP settings.

    It’s very strange but we can’t find this issue. Could you provide me temporary admin panel access? I’ll check the Backend and menu settings, maybe it helps me to sort out what is the reason of your issue.

    Please, make sure that these 2 products have main description and Reviews are enabled for them. Because I don’t see these tabs even on desktop.

    Provide me also admin panel and FTP access, so I’ll be able to check the backend and files.

    Please, don’t post access to your site in the main content. Use Private Content area.
    Also, I can’t login with credentials you provided. We need both WP admin panel and FTP access to find the issue and fix it.

    If you want to move tabs into product content block you need to copy xstore/woocommerce/content-single-product.php file into child theme and move tabs code into product content block.

    Could you, please, update theme to version 3.3. Also, update XStore core plugin to version 1.0.11 and check if issue still persists. In this case reply back and provide temporary FTP access.

    Hello,

    1) WooCommerce doesn’t have option to change that text. You can try to do it using woocommerce translation files and just change that string only.
    2) There is no such option in our theme.

    Hello,

    Could you, please, describe in details your actions to reproduce the issue because we can’t replicate it.
    Also, I see that you don’t use top panel and you have widget in top panel widget area, image in that widget causes error. Please, go to Appearance > Widgets and remove 8theme – Static Block from Top panel widget area.

    Hello,

    1) You can create 1 custom tab that will be common for all the products – go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product page > Custom tab. Also, you can create individual custom tab – go to Products > edit product > http://prntscr.com/dpq48i

    2) This type of slider displays products, please, make sure that you have products for the other languages. Also you can create different sliders for every language and edit home page for every language and choose appropriate slider.

    Hello, @Lucy,

    1) Go to Theme Options > General > Secondary menu > Enable Secondary menu.
    2) Go to Appearance > Menus > Create secondary menu that will be displayed in All departments area and don’t forget to choose Secondary menu in Theme Locations.
