    Hi,
I am having a problem with the main manu. Sometimes it doesn’t show the active state of the page you are. It shows active another item of the menu.
You can see in this screenshot that the menu shows active “DISTRIBUIDORES” and I am on contact page.

    Could you help me?

    Melisa

    Hello,

Could you, please, describe in details your actions to reproduce the issue because we can’t replicate it.
Also, I see that you don’t use top panel and you have widget in top panel widget area, image in that widget causes error. Please, go to Appearance > Widgets and remove 8theme – Static Block from Top panel widget area.

    Regards

Hi, thank you for the fast answer.
I just did what you suggested but i’m still having the problem.

Not all the active states in the menu buttons work properly. For example, if you go to “CONTACTO” the active state some times is in “TRABAJOS” and some times is in “DISTRIBUIDORES”.

I already tried creating the menu from 0.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

It’s very strange but we can’t find this issue. Could you provide me temporary admin panel access? I’ll check the Backend and menu settings, maybe it helps me to sort out what is the reason of your issue.

    Regards

    Hello,

It was caused by object cache enabled in W3 Total Cache. Please, check now.
