We don’t have options to display preview of PDF files. You may either look for some additional plugin and allows you to show PDF preview. By default you may only add link to PDF file and users will download this file.

Please, follow the next steps:
1) Do the backup of all you files and DB.
2) Update theme to latest version 3.6 because you are using too old version 2.0.
3) After update skip Setup Wizard and go to Theme Options > activate theme using your purchase code.
4) Check the menu. If your issue still persists ufter apdate, please, provide FTP access to your site in Private Content area.

If yes then go to pages > find Home Presentation page and check it. This is page you wanted and you’ll be able to set it as home page in WP setting (Setting > Reading > Front page).

1) Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel access and I’ll check the newsletter static block styles?
2) Static Block is our functionality. We don’t use third-party plugin. To be able to use Static Block you should enable XStore Core plugin.
In case if static blocks are not available in VC settings you should go to Plugins > deactivate and delete XStore Core plugin. Then go to Appearance > Plugins and install it again. Go to Visual Composer > Role Manager and you’ll find the static block in the custom post types list.
Next problem, with Out of stock items (when you still see them even if the option is enabled), is related to WooCommerce. Because I have enabled official WC theme Storefront and the problem still persists http://prntscr.com/dy3p1a But I noted that when I enable Stock Managment for the product http://prntscr.com/dy3qoq this issue disappears.
I would recommend you to contact WooCommerce support about this issue because we are able to help with problems related strictly to our theme.

If problem still persists then we need to check the settings and theme files to find out what caused the issue. Please, provide temporary WP admin panel and FTP access in Private content area. FTP access you can get from your hosting provider.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible if you use default type of hover effect. Choose the other type of hover effect in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page layout. Also, I can make image clickable by additional customization if you won’t use either quick view or wishlist button on hover, then it’s possible to make image clickable.

to add that statick block content to the Newsletter window go to Static Block > open finance static block and copy block id https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
After that go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup > add the following shortcode in content field [block id=”4632″] where id is your static block id.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option to scale images for mobile only. I checked your site and see that you need to change WooCommerce images settings and it will help you a little.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Sizes > Catalog Images 345×345. After that go to Tools and regenerate thumbnails.
Also, after that I would recommend to use some image optimization services, kraken for example, and cache plugin.
